ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Print out our order form from your browser.
2) Click on the links to the left to see our catalog entries for each product.
3) Write down the relevant information on the order form, including shipping weight and price for each item you want.
4) Find the total shipping weight and subtotal cost.  Don't forget to multiply the quantity by the item weight and item price if you are getting more than one of any item.
5) FOR DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS ONLY:  find the shipping and handling fee from the chart on the order form page according to the method of shipping you prefer.  Enter it on the order form.
FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:  send us an email with the total shipping weight of your order and the city, country, and postal code of the shipping destination, and we will send a return email quoting the shipping and handling fee for both airmail and International Priority delivery.
6) Enter the Grand Total on the order form.
