CyberHologram of the Utah TeapotCyberHologramTM, (n) : A new kind of hologram in which the hologram image is separate from the hologram optics.  The image part of CyberHologramTM consists of a conventional color image which incorporates holographic encoding (OCHS).
A CyberHologramTM is visually transformed into a real holographic image when it is viewed with HD Glasses.  CyberHologramsTM can be printed, displayed on a computer monitor, broadcast over TV, and published on the Web as still images, animations, VRML files, Shockwave Flash animations, and streaming video.

Plastic Frame High Definition (HD) Glasses

High Definition Glasses, (n):  Water-clear micro-optics that 'play' the holographic encoding of a CyberHologramTM into the user's eyes.  High Definition or HD Glasses transform conventional flat images into true holograms, projecting them visually into holographic space.  HD Glasses are optimized for computer display applications, including the Web, computer game, and PC applications.

The Chromatek Cube Logo
ChromaDepth® 3-D, (n) : Chromatek Inc.'s patented technology which makes CyberHologramsTM , HD Glasses, and C3DTM Glasses possible.  It is the only universal 3-D display method: it is easily implimented in any color medium; it is 3-D on demand, where the user can decide when to see an image in 3-D using HD or C3DTM Glasses.
       ChromaDepth
® 3-D specifies methods for depth information to be encoded into an image using color.  ChromaDepth® 3-D optics, HD Glasses and C3DTM Glasses, optically transform the colors in that image to create a hologram.  Computer-based images using ChromaDepth® 3-D are called CyberHologramsTM .  Print-based images are usually referred to as ChromaDepth® Images, but may also be properly called CyberHologramsTM.

Cardboard Frame Standard (STD) Glasses

Standard Glasses, (n):  the amazing, water-clear micro-optic glasses that optically create holograms  from flat, two dimensional C3DTM print images.   C3DTM or Standard (STD) Glasses optics are optimized for print applications.  C3DTM print images can be printed with any color print device, onto any material.  The magic of converting the C3DTM image into a hologram is accomplished by the optics in the STD Glasses.

World Wide Web, (n): a traditionally two dimensional medium that is exploding into holographic 3-D through the use of CyberHologramsTM and HD Glasses.  The Web is embracing CyberHolographyTM because it provides powerful holographic images at zero additional data cost!  There is no increase in bandwidth required, no increase in file sizes, no special plug-ins, and HD Glasses are completely platform independent!
