Bartlett, TN, January 2003 - After an eight year history of manufacturing ChromaDepth® 3-D Glasses, American Paper Optics, Inc., of Bartlett, TN, has acquired the technology and assets of Chromatek Inc.  Effective October 15, 2002, American Paper Optics is the owner of the exclusive license for the ChromaDepth® technology as well as the manufacturing equipment for the patented optics. Since 1990, American Paper Optics, the World's leading producer of 3-D glasses, has manufactured all types of paper eyeglasses. With a long and proven track record for high quality products, competent customer service and fast turnaround, American Paper Optics is looking forward to a great future in taking ChromaDepth® Glasses into the third dimension.
